CMI WALLSKIM 681 TOP COAT 25KG GREY (SKIM HALUS)
DESCRIPTION
CMI® Wallskim SP is a premium quality polymer modified water
resistant cement-based skim coat (top coat) for finishing on
semi-exposed wall and ceilings. CMI® Wallskim SP can be used
on CMI® Base Mortar SP, concrete or rendered surfaces to give
a high quality smooth, durable and non-powdery surface,
suitable to receive painting or wallpaper. It is certified with
Singapore Green Label by Singapore Environment Council.
CMI® Wallskim SP have a characteristic of better adhesion, flexural strength and abrasion resistance with
improved water and weather resistance for semi-exposed or exterior finishing application.
USES
• Skim Coat (Top Coat) for surface improvement on precast concrete and rendered substrate, for semiexposed application.
• Highly recommended to be used with CMI® Base Mortar SP to achieve good flatness and smoothness
for project with QLASSIC / CONQUAS / BQUAS requirement.
• Highly recommended to be used with Nippon Paint’s exterior paint systems for the best compatibility
and long-lasting beauty.
• IT SHOULD NOT BE USE ON PAINTED SURFACES.
